Okay, so this one is technically a brunch recipe, but with layers of sweet mascarpone and fresh, sugared rhubarb and strawberries, we think it works just as well for after-dinner indulgence.
If shredded phyllo dough, or kataifi, is hard to find, you can swap for regular phyllo dough and tear it yourself.
