Host an Easter Brunch
A classic way to celebrate Easter Sunday? Brunch!
In order to maximize quality time with loved ones, opt for recipes that would work with a buffet-style setup that are relatively simple to prepare or can be made ahead of time. Here are a few of our favorites:
To make ahead: Prepare as instructed. When ready to serve, cover quiche with foil and bake at 325°F for about 15–20 minutes, until heated through. Most quiches can be made and refrigerated up to 3 days in advance.

To make ahead: Prepare as instructed. When ready to serve, cover with foil and bake for 30–45 minutes at 350°F, or until cheese is bubbly and gratin is warmed through. Gratins can typically be stored for up to 5 days in the refrigerator in a covered, airtight container.

To make ahead: Prepare batter as instructed and shape dough into rolls. Place in fridge until ready to bake. When ready to serve, pull shaped rolls from refrigerator and let them complete their final rise, about 1 hour or until doubled in size. Bake in a 350° oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown in color.

We also suggest filling out your brunch buffet with smaller bites, like these Lemon Blueberry Muffins, classic Deviled Eggs, some yogurt, fresh fruit, granola and nuts.
For a boozy celebration, try your hand at setting up a Bloody Mary bar!
You can make the Bloody Marys ahead of time and serve them in a pitcher alongside your favorite garnishes, like celery, bacon or olives. This allows guests to serve themselves and keeps you from having to play bartender all morning.
For an alcohol-free option, we love these Sparkling Blood Orange Mocktails, which can be batched and served in a pitcher. Just serve the sparkling water on the side so guests can top their drinks themselves—this will keep the sparkling water from going flat too quickly.
So, whether you’re going all out on the Easter fun or opting for a smaller, more intimate gathering, there are plenty of ways to celebrate. As long as you get time with the ones you love, that’s what matters most.
Happy cooking!
