ORANGE PECAN CINNAMON ROLLS
Like bread, cinnamon rolls are great to make ahead of time because the dough can sit in the refrigerator for up to 3 days until you’re ready to bake.
Come Christmas morning, simply remove the dough from the fridge, let it come to room temperature and prepare as usual. Then place the assembled rolls into a lightly greased Dutch oven, set aside and let them do their final rise. Once they’re ready, bake for 15 minutes.

Prosciutto, Kale, and Red Bell Pepper Skillet Frittata
The wonderful thing about frittatas is that they’re relatively quick and definitely filling, which makes them ideal for post-present noshing.
We especially like this one because it’s all made in one and combines the delicious flavors of salty prosciutto, fresh kale and bright bell peppers. Plus, it comes together in under 30 minutes, which is a win for you and all the grumbling tummies come Christmas morning.
For a vegetarian option, omit the prosciutto.
